jessica salinas-castaneda

Jessica Salinas-Castaneda is a dedicated law clerk with over 10 years of experience, currently at Buxbaum Chakmak & Wynder since 2019. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, and her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law. While in law school, Jessica excelled on the mediation team, participated in various competitions, and served as President of the Hispanic National Bar Association's law school chapter. Her internships included valuable experience at the Public Defender’s Office in Riverside. Jessica has a broad legal background, having worked in several areas of law, including family law, immigration, civil law, criminal law, trust administration, and probate.

At Buxbaum Chakmak & Wynder, Jessica focuses on civil law, trust administration, and probate. She is skilled in legal research and document drafting, with a strong grasp of legal principles and court procedures. Known for her analytical abilities and attention to detail, Jessica ensures thoroughness and accuracy in her work. Proficient in utilizing legal research databases, she effectively supports case preparation and strategy development. Her passion for the law drives her commitment to helping clients and attorneys achieve favorable outcomes.

Jessica lives locally with her husband and two children. In her free time, she enjoys family activities and volunteering as a board member for a local non-profit organization that serves youth in the community. She is also fluent in Spanish.

ELIZABETH LOCKLAIR

Elizabeth received her paralegal certificate from Fullerton Community College in Paralegal Studies. She joined the firm in 1988 and she has not looked back. With over 30 years of experience, Elizabeth assists the attorneys with filing documents, meeting deadlines, and organizing client information. She works primarily with our litigation and probate departments and is a notary public.

When Elizabeth is not in the office, she is off on a long drive, on a cruise, or spending time with her two children.

STEPHANIE AGUILAR

Stephanie is a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal with 6 years of experience supporting attorneys and legal teams in various practice. Known for her excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments, ensuring timely and efficient workflow.

Stephanie is an exceptional communicator with a strong client-service focus, adept at building relationships with clients, attorneys, and court personnel. Committed to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards while contributing to successful legal outcomes. Stephanie earned her paralegal certificate through Cal State Long Beach.

 

Brenda Padilla

Brenda is a detail-oriented legal receptionist that provides exceptional administrative support.  Skilled in managing multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, and maintaining confidential client records. Known for strong organizational abilities and a professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors.

Passionate about supporting the legal team in achieving their goals and ensuring smooth daily operations. Always eager to learn and adapt to new challenges in the dynamic field of law. Brenda is a notary public and fluent in Spanish.

When Brenda is not at work, she’s with her son at soccer practice and games. She also enjoys food, travel, and sports.
